"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Haha, yeah. My drawing pad's been bust for a while, and I don't have the funds to get another one. I've stepped over to paper-pencil drawing, but then I don't have a proper scanner, so I don't have a way to get things up here. D:
